What methods of payment do you accept?

If you purchase goods in our online store, you can pay by card (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro) or PayPal.

Do you accept American Express?

No. Please see above for a list of payment types we do accept.

Technical difficulties while placing my order – what to do?

Please get in touch if you experience difficulties while placing your order. We can find out what’s causing the trouble, and we are happy to assist you with your order.

You can redeem your code in your shopping basket at the checkout.

Is my voucher code valid for sale items?
Usually vouchers are just valid for full price items in our collection, if not stated differently.

USA & Rest of World: Due to electrical supply differences we do not ship the spinbox  or furnaces out of europe

How long does the shipment take?

UK:    5-7 working days

Europe:   7-10 working days

What delivery service are you using?

Usually we send with UPS Parcel Delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way.
